Fast and effective response – talked to Louwrens from customer service, and my stolen bike was replaced in the next few days. They had a detailed policy, and a list of approved locks & conditions for storing your bike, just make sure to read that carefully. In my case, I did everything required by the policy before the bike was stolen, so I guess that made things a bit easier & faster.

I don’t want to put a huge drawn out response on here about the exact particulars but Wiggle insurance have been absolutely great from start to finish. After having a nasty accident in March this year and months of physio on my ankle after an idiot nearly ran me over and my bike was badly damaged, I made one or two calls and Wiggle looked after everything else, great communication, always kept up to date, I knew exactly what was going on and today I got my bike back from Trek as good as new!! I have absolutely zero issues and nothing what so ever to complain about, Alex has been awesome the whole way through the claim process and I could not be happier, thanks ever so much for the great work!!!

Got the full package wiggle insurance late last year for my “old” bike. I then changed the policy to a new bike (I was selling my old bike). On a trip to NZ (from Aus) I had something flick up, jam my chain and front derailluer, tear the derailluer mount from the bike, and then lock and destroy the rear wheel. I lodged the claim that day, and had it approved within a week of returning home. Luckily (unluckily?) I never found a buyer for my old bike in the short time I had it for sale so did not hesitate adding it back to my policy whilst I wait for my new ride to arrive. Having made changes to my policy AND having made a claim I have been extremely happy with wiggle’s customer service team and prompt, fair service. Would definately recommend to all.

Excellent, excellent and excellent again. My bike’s frame broke and I reached out to my insurance. Honestly, I thought I would be a stressful and complicated situation but the guys from Wiggle handled it like absolute PROs. My policy was managed by Stephan and from start to finish he dealt with me like an absolute gentleman. My claim was resolved in one week and I am extremely happy with the outcome. I had one bike insured with Wiggle, now I am insuring a second one. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Keep it up Wiggle!
